Binance temporarily suspended user withdrawals for approximately 23 minutes as a precautionary measure, assuring users that all assets remained secure during the incident. AWS reported that the connectivity issue began at 1:15 a.m. PDT and was resolved by 1:51 a.m. PDT.

KuCoin also experienced temporary service disruptions due to the AWS outage. The exchange's technical team worked urgently to restore full functionality, emphasizing that no user data or assets were compromised. Similarly, MEXC warned users of potential issues such as abnormal chart displays and delays in asset transfers for spot trading. MEXC pledged to compensate users for any losses related to the outage.
